Primary responsibility is Business Development and growing the Sales

 

The candidate will after learning the technical aspects of the products be involved in developing a road map of the major OEM applications and markets and projects that can be exploited to enhance and develop our Business for designated products

ITT ENIDINE – Shock Absrobers & Vibration Isolation Products ( www.enidine.com )

 

He will further have primary responsibility to execute this plan and show results in terms of increase turnover and profits, he will motivate the regional teams and use the territory infrastructure of the group consisting of territory managers and field engineers to execute the plan.

 

A large part of the travel, presentations, marketing, commercial discussions, major projects  will need to be done by the candidate himself as he will develop to have the max project knowledge and he will have to available to key clients for techno commercial help.

 

He will be required to quickly develop product knowledge as all our products and most importantly he will be responsible for large OEM type clients all overIndia. He will have to leverage his contact base.

 

One the key roles will be developing personal relationships with key customers all over India

 

Reporting to our Principles and CEO will also be a responsibility. He will also be responsible for keeping his regional engineers motivated and focused on sale enhancement and also training and upgrading the field team.

 

Candidate will have to have high level of product and MARKET knowledge.

 

Experience

3 Yrs + Min Age  28-30 years Old. – Married and Settled.

 

We are looking for candidates primarily with experience in Engineering Industry

 

He should have worked in a Similar role/company before and handled the marketing of similar products. (component selling)

 

People from small time dealers to be avoided. Anyone who has not been in the field traveling for the last year as minimum is to be avoided. No production background people needed, people without filed experience to be avoided, the candidates should be from the major players.

 

They should not be of MNC mind set and should understand the advantages in learning and responsibility that a small company can offer – it should be a long term career move.

 

Experience specific to component selling to OEM in Engineering Industry.

One of our main criterions is to have a long association, we want to retain our people for many years and hence the candidate must be at a point where he ready to settle down, it should not be his first job.

 

Candidates may be preferred from Pneumatics/Hydraulic/Bearing or Switch gear Industry. 

 

Preferably married and not less than 30 . He must be very clear that he wants to make a career in Industrial sales andMarketing, there should be no other type of ambitions like going middle east, software, own business etc.

 

He must be medically fit and ready to travel. He must declare in advance any courses or school he is attending and he should be needy for a long term opportunity.

Salary Offered

Salary is completely negotiable and as per qualification and experience but it will be in the region of Rs 5, 00,000/- gross per annum (travel, phone is all extra) not exceeding 6, 00,000/- hence about 40k per month.

Details:  Our annual gross package is normally broken into various monthly elements like Basic, HRA, Conveyance, Educational Allowance, Medical Allowance & company contribution to P.F. All deductions will be from the above gross

 

Other Benefits

We also offer engineers an annual increment and a service benefit which is payable after 3 years of service. We are currently working on a performance incentive scheme also but this is not applicable to new engineers in the first year.

 

Traveling ( 2nd A/c and occasionally flight ),Conveyance,Mobile, Per diem, Hotel on company work will be reimbursed separately based on company formula over and above the CTC.

Candidate must own a two wheeler vehicle
